Terms and Conditions:
1.) Our contracts are
with the customer and the domain owner or in case of
software development with
www.global-it-management.com and are valid for 1
year with automatically extension if they are not
canceled in case of online marketing and advertisement
and if there is nothing else mentioned in the contract.
2.) The customer may cancel the contract any time
before expire, otherwise the contract extends
automatically for another year.
3.) After signing the contract all
responsibilities and rights are taken over by the domain
owner in case of marketing or online advertisement, in
case of software development by
www.global-it-management.com . We co-operate in each
country with a local Marketing Company who fulfills the
sales actions, signing the contracts and anything which
is necessary to fulfill the tasks. Those local companies
are mentioned in the contracts and have a license for
their activities given by the domain owner.
4.) We kindly ask for a 30% deposit after signing
the contract and 70% of the price after the job is done
and the customer agreed. In the following years we send
an invoice not before 50% of the year is over and expect
the payment within 2 weeks. The prices are valid for 1
year advertisement and specified in case of software
development which takes place normally only once.
5.) Changing or update of the advertisement is
free if it is only a correction of small details but
this must be decided in each case.
6.) No other than the written terms and
conditions are valid, any change of our regulations must
be mentioned in the contract.
7.) By signing the contract both sides agree to
these terms and conditions.
8.) For any questions or misunderstandings,
please contact

address mentioned in the contract, the local
marketing and sales companies are not authorized to
change our regulations. All contracts are given by the
domain owner.
